Calling all treatment plants, resource recovery facilities, and water pollution control plants! Do you have the best biosolids in Virginia? Please bring samples of your stabilized biosolids to Virginia Beach to enter the Second Annual WaterJAM Biosolids Beauty Contest!
A panel of expert judges will judge both Class A and Class B categories for the following:
- Consistency/Clarity of Product
- Odor (or lack thereof)
- Dryness
There’s no need to pre-register (but it would be great to know if you plan to participate). Register and drop off your entries at the marked table outside the WaterJAM Exhibit Hall by 9:00 AM on Wednesday September 13. The judging will take place between 9:00 – 10:30 AM.
A “Best Overall” winner will be selected from the Class A and Class B submittal categories. Additionally, the sample exhibiting the best “Presentation” will also receive an award! Winners will be announced at 10:45 AM during the morning break.
